Yes, they are insured to hold keys and against any damage that may occur during work.
Do you work with sub-contractors?
Our cleaners and ironers are our employees; we only would engage subcontractors when carpet, oven or window cleaning or gardening services are required.
What cleaning services you provide?
We provide both commercial and residential cleaning services.
Do you find a replacement in case my regular cleaner is away?
Yes, we do.
If I am not happy with my cleaner, what shall I do?
In this case, please, contact us. We will replace the cleaner or, if you prefer, talk to her/him and mend the problem.
Do you have references?
Yes, we can provide references if necessary.
Can I have a cleaner in the same day every time?
Yes, of course. You just need to choose a day and time and let us know.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, given that you are happy with the cleaner.
Can I have my home cleaned if I'm not there?
Yes, you can have your home cleaned any time convenient for you.
Do I have to provide the cleaning materials?
No all cleaning equipment, chemicals and materials are included.
What will happen if the cleaner damage something?
Our company is fully insured and we will cover the cost of any damage
