We are currently recruiting for Full and Part-time helpers in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.
The Job.
- Tip-Top Domestic and Office Cleaning Services provides a high quality domestic cleaning service in Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Southam, Banbury and surrounding areas. We work in teams of two and operate a full diary so reliability is fundamental to our business.
- The work is interesting and rewarding, you won't be tied to one place all week, there's lots of variety and the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people along the way.
Skills required
- Experience is not necessary, as all staff receive training.
- You will need to be reliable, enthusiastic, hard-working, have good communication skills and be prepared to go the extra mile to give customer satisfaction.
Hours and Pay
- The hours are flexible to suit; we offer Full time or Part time, regular daytime hours, no weekends or bank holidays. Evening work is by arrangement. 28 days paid annual holiday (pro rata, including bank holidays)
- We pay considerably more than the minimum wage.
- £7.00 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older
- £6.00 per hour for workers aged 18-21 inclusive
- £5.00 per hour for all workers under the age of 18, who are no longer of compulsory school age
- Mileage paid for car drivers
Duties
- General cleaning duties, mainly in residential properties.

- Must have full driving license, references and mobile phone. Uniform provided.
