All of our ladies are carefully selected for their reliability, credibility, caring and understanding approach to our customers' needs. They are encouraged to take time during their visits to ensure that each individual's needs are met.

What our support service customers say...
My mother is now in her eighties and unfortunately is both registered as blind and housebound.
It has to be added that she is also fiercely independent and lives alone in her own home. This is made possible by people such as Teresa and 'Tip Top Domestic Services', who not only provide a service, but give people like my mother the opportunity to enjoy a higher quality of life.
The services that Teresa and 'Tip Top Domestic Services' provide and carry out include shopping, reading letters, ironing, library services 'Talking Books' and numerous telephone calls to Doctors, Banks, and all the other business matters that need to be sorted out. Most people would take these things for granted, but for my mother it is essential to have a bit of extra help.
Teresa and 'Tip Top Domestic Services' have been helping my mother since January 2006. What makes the Service provided by Teresa different is that it goes beyond just a business agreement. There have been many occasions when Teresa has provided those 'little extra's' for my mother and on a personal front is now seen as very much part of the family.
My Mother always looks forward to seeing Teresa and we would find it very hard to manage without her.
It helps me to know that my Mother is in safe hands and has someone to keep an eye on her who we all fully trust.
