Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions should be read carefully as they form the agreement between yourselves and Tip-Top Domestic Services.
They tell you how we work and what your and our obligations are once you have agreed to have your home cleaned by Tip-Top Domestic Services.
These terms and conditions apply to all Tip-Top Domestic Services clients.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change and inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Existing clients will be given 30 days notice in writing of any price changes.PAYMENT METHODS
Invoices are sent each calendar month with strictly up to 14 days credit, a 2% early settlement discount will be applied to all clients who make payment direct in Tip-Top Domestic Services account when settlement is made with in 7 days. Otherwise cheques can be left for the following clean and the ladies who carry out the work will collect the payment.PAYMENT TERMS
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. Clients who fail to comply with the agreed terms may loose the services of Tip-Top Domestic Services with out notice.MINIMUM CHARGE
Our minimum charge for a home clean is £24.00CANCELLATION OF CLEANS
For cancellations within 24 hours, 100% fee will be charged. For cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours, 50% will be charged. For cancellations with in 7 days, no charge.ACCESS FAILURE
If we are unable to gain access to your property, as a result of client failure to make reasonable arrangements for access, 100% fee will be charged.FAILURE TO ATTEND
In the unlikely event we are unable to attend to your clean, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will arrange an alternative time convenient to both parties to carry out your clean. In no event shall Tip-Top Domestic Services be liable for any losses including loss of profit or consequential loss.HEALTH AND SAFETY
Home cleaners are instructed not to carry out any duty they consider to be unsafe, dangerous to health, or that may put them at risk. If a clean is unable to be completed due to any of the above, then 100% fee will be charged.HOME CLEANERS

All work is backed up by our 'No Quibble' Guarantee. If something isn't done as expected, you should notify us within 48 hours and we will return at a mutually convenient time and re-clean that part of the job to the agreed standard at no cost to you. If you are unhappy with your Home cleaner you should notify us within 48 hours to discuss the issue.DAMAGE
In the event of any damage caused by us to your property, the liability of Tip-Top Domestic Services will be limited to repair or the replacement cost of the item, taking into account its age and condition.Tip-Top Domestic Services shall not in any event be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss. Any claim for damage to your property must be made in writing to Tip-Top Domestic Services within 5 days of the damage occurring.
